Sales Managers - More money, but can't get no satisfaction
Minneapolis, MN, April 4, 2007 - Copier Careers, a Minneapolis based niche recruiting firm serving the Document Imaging Industry for over 20 years, just published their sixth Sales Manager Salary Survey. The results indicate that sales are up and as a result Sales Managers are making more money.
Sales managers in the Copier Industry reported in our annual survey that although salaries have increased, so have territories, responsibilities, and hours. Managers continue to be frustrated by their employer's efforts to attract and retain sales reps. a big challenge facing management continues to be the need to recruit the right people - and that has proven difficult for dealerships.
While Sales managers indicated that their income had gone up in the past 12 months it is also important to note that their satisfaction level with their compensation is at the lowest level in the history of the survey. In addition the vast majority of sales managers said that they are looking for new opportunities. Visit http://www.copiercareers.com/surveys for the entire detailed salary survey study to learn more.
Sales managers answered this survey online anonymously. They just logged on to CopierCareers.com and answered a series of questions related to their particular job description. Copier Careers then compares results from last year's study and industry expert Scott Cullen writes and publishes the survey in ENX magazine.
Copier Careers is committed to the industry and they are the only search firm you can retain that's solely dedicated to the staffing needs of Independent Copier Dealerships.
